Foresight to acquire NZ Clean Energy.

Foresight, a private equity investment manager, agreed to acquire NZ Clean Energy, a developer and installer of utility-scale renewable energy infrastructure. Financial terms are not disclosed. “This acquisition further strengthens Foresight’s position as a leading investor in the regional energy market, with the scale of our portfolio and our internal capabilities providing a meaningful competitive advantage.
