MA’ADEN/ALCOA JOINT VENTURE

Ma’aden (74.9%) and Alcoa (25.1%) are Joint Venture Partners in a $10.8bn (SAR41bn) investment in the Fully Integrated High Efficiency Aluminium Production Complex located in Ras Al Khair Industrial City in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The Complex include a Bauxite Mine, a Refinery, a Smelter, and a Casthouse.
