Newable Capital is the private equity arm of Newable Group, focused on investing in and supporting UK SMEs. It held a majority stake in ARC Building Solutions prior to the transaction and has supported ARC’s growth since 2019. In this deal, Newable sold its majority stake to LDC while retaining a minority shareholding, with Beechbrook Capital exiting fully.
