SOUTHERN GAS CORRIDOR

Southern Gas Corridor (SGC) is a state-backed company responsible for managing Azerbaijan’s interests in major natural gas infrastructure projects. The company oversees participation, financing, and governance in the Shah Deniz 2 development, the South Caucasus Pipeline expansion, the Trans-Anatolian Pipeline, and the Trans-Adriatic Pipeline. Its shares are jointly held by the Ministry of Economy and SOCAR, with SOCAR carrying out operational activities on behalf of SGC.
