STONEPEAK / CORESITE JOINT VENTURE

Stonepeak and American Tower's subsidiary CoreSite Joint Venture called CoreSite DevCo JV was created to develop, construct, and operate an 18 megawatt data center in Denver, Colorado. Stonepeak and CoreSite are expected to hold 85% and 15% of the CoreSite DevCo JV, respectively.
