ID Logistics to acquire CEPL.

ID Logistics, an international contract logistics Group, agreed to acquire CEPL, a logistics provider specialist in automated solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of CEPL’s activities represents a tremendous opportunity to speed up our expansion in automated solutions for retail order fulfilment. It backs up our strategy of “pure-player” in contract logistics. This deal will also add to our customer portfolio prestigious brands and high-potential business segments, such as electronics and cultural products, cosmetics and textiles. In addition, CEPL will also boost ID Logistics’ positions in Europe.
