ERIKS to acquire Maagtechnic Group.

ERIKS, a mechanical engineering components distributor, agreed to acquire Maagtechnic Group, an industrial services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Maagtechnic fits perfectly in the ERIKS family!
