Tripadvisor to acquire Iens.

Tripadvisor, an online travel company, agreed to acquire Iens, a restaurant rating site. Financial terms are not disclosed. Iens, which has reviews of 20k restaurants and roughly 20m annual visitors, allows users to book tables through SeatMe, which will also be acquired by Tripadvisor.
