Recruit Holdings completed the acquisition of a majority stake in PeopleBank Holdings from Navis Capital Partners.

Recruit Holdings, a human resources company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in PeopleBank Holdings, an IT and specialist recruitment company, from Navis Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Under the terms of the agreement, all Peoplebank companies have been fully acquired by Recruit Holdings from Navis Capital and Leon Lau, the company’s retiring founder and chairman.
