CommScope has completed the acquisition of Broadband Network Solutions business of TE Connectivity for $3.0bn.

CommScope, broadband, enterprise, and wireless infrastructure solutions provider, has completed the acquisition of Broadband Network Solutions business of TE Connectivity, a world leader in connectivity, for $3.0bn. "Our strategy is focused on strengthening our leadership position in connectivity and sensor solutions, with an emphasis on harsh environment applications. With the sale, 90% of our sales are derived from the attractive connectivity and sensor markets, and over 80% address harsh environments applications.
