DyDo Group completed the acquisition of a 90% stake in Della Gıda, Bahar Su and Ilk Mevsim from Yildiz for $84m.

DyDo Group, which manufactures and sells a variety of beverages including coffee, green tea, fruit drink, and sports drink, completed the acquisition of Della Gıda, Bahar Su and Ilk Mevsim Meyve Sulari Pazarlama, three beverage manufacturing companies, from Yildiz Holdings, a manufacturer of food products, for $84m.
