KKR to acquire Air Medical Group Holdings.

KKR, a leading global investment firm, has agreed to acquire Air Medical Group Holdings, a leading provider of air ambulance services, from affiliates of Bain Capital and Brockway Moran & Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are fortunate to partner with an investor that shares our vision.
