Brother Industries acquired Domino Printing Sciences £1bn.

Brother Industries, a Japanese multinational electronics and electrical equipment company, acquired Domino Printing Sciences, a British-based developer of commercial inkjet printing, £1bn. Brother cited the strength of Domino's customer base across its coding & marking business, and its desire to develop the scope and coverage of the digital printing sector as key reasons for the acquisition.
