NPM Capital and Ackermans & Van Haaren, a diversified group active in various sectors, sold their participation in Hertel’s worldwide access solutions, insulation, corrosion protection and mechanical businesses to Altrad.  Hertel Offshore is not included in the deal and will be continued under ownership of NPM Capital and Ackermans & Van Haaren.
