Vertical Bridge Holdings has completed its acquisition to acquire CiG Wireless for $143m.

Vertical Bridge Holdings, a wireless communication towers company has completed its acquisition to acquire CiG Wireless, a leading independent owner and operator of wireless communications infrastructure in the United States for $143m. "This transaction brings together two complementary cellular tower operators, and the combined business will have a broad geographic presence across the United States."
