Haversham Holdings plc, UK investment management company acquired British Car Auctions, local car auctioneers, from Clayton Dubilier & Rice LLC, US private equity investment firm.The consideration is Stg1.27bn ($1.89bn) consisting of Stg711.2m in cash, Stg104.3 in shares and Stg453.2 paid to lenders in cash.
