Shield Group and Kiwa acquired Inspecta from 3i Group.

ACTA, the Dutch Holding company of Kiwa and Shield Group International London-based international investment manager, acquired Inspecta Group from 3i Group. 3i, and funds managed by 3i, invested in Inspecta in 2007. Since then, the Company has increased its revenues by more than 50% and has grown its footprint to 8 countries, thereby becoming the leading Nordic player in the Testing, Inspection and Certification industry. Joining forces with ACTA will enable Inspecta to further develop into a pan-European TIC leader.
