20 Apr 15 - Nomad Holdings, a UK acquisition company focused on acquiring a target company or business without specific expected target value, business or geographical region has agreed to acquire Iglo Foods Group, a local frozen food company with main products including fish, vegetables and ready meals from Permira, a local private equity firm.The consideration is EUR2.6bn ($2.8bn).The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
