Frasers Centrepoint, a listed Singaporean property development and management group, announced its wholly-owned subsidiary, Frasers Hospitality UK Holdings, has acquired MHDV Holdings (UK), a holding company with 29 boutique lifestyle hotels under the brands of Malmaison and Hotel du Vin, from MHDV Holdings II Sarl, an affiliate of KSL Capital. The deal value is Stg363.4m ($567.4m), including net debt.The transaction provides an exit strategy for KSL Capital.
