DBD Deutsche Breitband Dienste GmbH has sold its newly founded subsidiary; Delta Telekommunikationsdienste GmbH to Telekom Deutschland GmbH. Delta Telekommunikationsdienste GmbH holds 28 Germany-wide radio licenses in the 3.5 GHz range (the so-called Broadband Wireless Access (BWA) licenses (2x21 MHz)) and six additional regional Wireless Local Loop (WLL) licenses and operates an associated network. DBD Deutsche Breitband Dienste GmbH is majority-owned by the British private equity investor Shore Capital Group Limited. After the sale; DBD Deutsche Breitband Dienste GmbH will indirectly hold 32 further regional radio licenses in urban agglomerations such as Berlin; Leipzig; Dresden; Dusseldorf and Hannover.
