Ali Group completed the acquisition of InterMetro from Emerson.

Ali Group, a food service equipment company, completed the acquisition of InterMetro, manufacturer storage, transport and technology solutions, from Emerson, a provider of engineering services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to have become part of the Ali Group and look forward to working closely with Luciano and Filippo Berti and the rest of the management team to expand their extensive offering to the markets we serve globally,” John Nackley, InterMetro Industries Corporation President and CEO.
