Coronal Group and Panasonic Enterprise Solutions completed the investment in Blue Oak Energy.

Coronal Group, a renewable energy company, and Panasonic Enterprise Solutions, a division of Panasonic Corporation of North America and developer and installer of solutions, completed the investment in Blue Oak Energy, an engineering and construction company specializing in large scale solar facilities. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is a strategic investment by Coronal, which will provide resources to help fuel Blue Oak Energy's growth in the engineering and EPC sectors and ensure that the company can provide its long-term, loyal customer base with the service it has come to expect," Jonathan Jaffrey, Coronal Group CEO.
