Terra Firma Capital acuquired Infinis for £555m.

Terra Firma Capital acuquired Infinis, a leading diversified distributed power producer from methane rich gas, for £555m. Under the terms of the acquisition, each Infinis shareholder will receive 185 pence in cash for each Infinis ordinary share, which represents a premium of approximately 40.4% to the closing price of 131.75 pence on 21 October 2015.
