Kibar, a Turkish holding, completed the acquisition of Manavgat, a hydroelectric power plant. Financial terms were not disclosed. 14 companies and joint venture groups that were prequalified participated in the final stage of the privatization tender held by the ÖİB on 23 October. In the statement made by Kibar Holding, it was noted that the hydroelectric power plant tender, for which the highest bid was given, will provide cost advantage in existing operations.
