Hellman & Friedman acquired TeamSystem Holding, an Italian software company, from HgCapital, Bain Capital, ICG and Management. Financial terms were not disclosed. “TeamSystem is an outstanding software franchise, with a long and successful track record of providing market-leading products to thousands of different Italian professionals and enterprises.
