Fundacion Social acquired a minority stake in Banco Caja Social from JP Morgan.

Fundacion Social, a non profit organization, owner of a corporate group with activities mainly in the Colombian financial sector, acquired a minority stake in Banco Caja Social, which provides various banking products and services in Colombia, from JP Morgan. Financial terms were not disclosed.
