Capital completed the acquisition of PayPoint's online payments business for £14m.

Capital, an established enterprise payment management provider, completed the acquisition of an online payments business pf PayPoint, a British business offering a system for paying bills, for £14m. “As a result the payments market is a focus for us and we are aiming to lead in the technologies and solutions that service it. The new combined Pay360 business will help us to realise our full potential as a market leading independent payment service provider, serving organisations from all sectors, of all sizes, taking any payment, anywhere.
