Affiliates of First Reserve Advisors, EnCap Investments, EnCap Flatrock Midstream, The Energy Minerals Group and Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, investments companies have invested $1.5bn in Plains All American Pipeline, gas pipeline owner.
