EQT Partners completed the acquisition of Kuoni Travel for с. $1.36m.

EQT Partners, an investment firm, completed its acquisition of Kuoni Travel, a group travel provider, for с. $1.36bn. “I am very impressed by the promising growth prospects of Kuoni’s three businesses, Global Travel Distribution, Global Travel Services and VFS Global.
