Addus Home completed the acquisition of South Shore Home Health Services.

Addus Home, a company specializing in home and community-based personal care services, completed the acquisition of South Shore Home Health Services, a provider of state-licensed home care and personal care services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The completion of this transaction provides Addus with a great platform for growth in the New York City metropolitan area and creates a strong initial presence for the Company in the Northeast," Dirk Allison, Addus HomeCare President and CEO.
