Recipharm, a contract development and manufacturing organisation in the pharmaceutical industry, completed the acquisition of Mitim, a provider of injectable beta-lactam products, for $75m. “This acquisition is very exciting for Recipharm and represents an important step in our consolidation of the CDMO industry.
