Silverfleet completed the acquisition of Coventya from Equistone Partners Europe.

Silverfleet Capital, a private equity company, completed the acquisition of Coventya, that develops, manufactures and distributes speciality chemicals for the surface finishing industry, from Equistone Partners Europe. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Coventya is a perfect example of a medium sized French industrial player that has been able to expand internationally thanks to its innovation and capacity to mobilise high quality teams who are passionate about their work and combine scientific skills, technical know-how and a commitment to high quality customer service,” Alexandre Lefebvre, Silverfleet Capita Partner.
