The Capital Partnership Group, a private investment office and independent asset manager based in the UK, acquired 100% of the ownership of Northgate Capital, a California-based venture capital and private equity investment firm with $4.8 Billion in assets under management, from Religare Enterprises Limited, the India-based diversified financial services group, and members of Northgate’s management team.
