KKR sold WMF Group to Groupe SEB.

KKR sold WMF Group, a German tableware manufacturer, to Groupe SEB, a large French consortium that produces small appliances, for €1.7bn. This structuring acquisition strengthens Groupe SEB’s global leadership, by gaining the position of world number one in professional automatic coffee machines and becoming the cookware leader in Germany.
