MedAssets-Precyse has agreed to acquire Equation.

MedAssets-Precyse, a healthcare financial and clinical business intelligence and analytics solution for the healthcare enterprise has agreed to acquire Equation, an innovator in financial and clinical healthcare analytics and consulting. Financial terms were not disclosed.
