Danone to acquire a 55% stake in Michel et Augustin.

Danone, a multinational food-products corporation has agreed to acquire a 55% stake in Michel et Augustin, a French brand of food products. Financial terms were not disclosed. Danone had acquired a 40% minority stake in Michel et Augustin in 2016.
