Corsair Capital to invest in CamberView Partners.

Corsair Capital, one of the longest-standing private equity firms focused on the financial services industry has agreed to invest in CamberView Partners, the leading provider of independent, investor-led advice to public companies in connection with investor engagement, contested situations, and complex and challenging corporate governance issues. Financial terms were not disclosed. The partnership will provide CamberView with Corsair Capital's deep expertise in growing financial services firms. It will also enable CamberView to capitalize on Corsair Capital's extensive executive and shareholder relationships in Europe and the US both to expand the global reach of CamberView's platform and to meet the growing demand of public companies and their boards for sophisticated, investor-based advice regarding complex shareholder matters.
