Taxim Capital Advisers, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Big Chefs, a Turkish restaurant chain. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is the first for Taxim Capital after the recent closing of a new, €105m fund, which is expected to be increased to €200m within the next year.
