Xaxis completed the acquisition of Triad Retail Media from Falcon and Rockbridge for $300m.

Xaxis, a provider of advertising services, completed the acquisition of Triad Retail Media, online media programs provider for retailers, from Falcon and Rockbridge for $300m. Xaxis said the deal will establish it as a “significant player” in retail media and e-commerce and will provide TRM with proprietary Xaxis technology and expertise that will help it grow.
