Luxempart, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a 15% stake in Deutsche Fachpflege Gruppe, a Germany-based provider of outpatient intensive care, from Chequers Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have found in Luxempart a very professional partner with an entrepreneurial spirit to support us in the development of DFG. We were deeply impressed by the responsiveness and efficient process led by Luxempart, which has done everything to cover the main aspects of the transaction without disrupting day-to-day operations.
