EBRD, Hermes and Mediterra Capital completed the acqusition of a 70% stake in Arkel.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, an international financial institution, Hermes and Mediterra Capital, two private equity firms, completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in Arkel Elektrik Elektronik San ve Tic AS, a technology company manufacturing electronic components for lifts. Financial terms were not disclosed.
