Ajinomoto completed the acquisition of Orgen from Yildiz and Orgen family for $55m.

Ajinomoto, a global manufacturer of high-quality seasonings, processed foods, beverages, amino acids, pharmaceuticals and specialty chemicals, completed the acquisition of Orgen Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret, a major food company in Turkey, from Yildiz Holding, which produces other consumer goods, and Orgen family for $55m.
