Richardsons Capital acquired Ask Real Estate from Carillion for £13.8m.

Richardsons Capital, a real estate consultant in Oldbury, England, acquired Ask Real Estate, a property development company, from Carillion, a British multinational facilities management and construction services company, for £13.8m. Mark Morgan Richardson’s Head of Real Estate said: “We are delighted to be partnering with the Ask team to help bring to fruition their exciting development program and to support them in new ventures.”
