Tencent and Hillhouse completed the acquisition of a 60% stake in Aviva Life Insurance.

Tencent Holdings, a Chinese multinational conglomerate holding company, and Hillhouse, a global investment management firm, completed the acquisition of a 60% stake in Aviva Life Insurance from Aviva, a UK-based provider of insurance services. Tencent owns 40%, and Hillhouse has 20% of Aviva Life Insurance shares.
