Oaktree sells 10% stake in Countryside for $129m.

Oaktree Capital Management, an American global asset management firm specializing in alternative investment strategies sold 45k ordinary shares at a price of $2.8 per share (resulting in a deal value of $129m) in Countryside representing approximately 10% of the Company’s issued share capital. Countryside Properties is a UK housebuilding and urban regeneration company, operating in London and the South East of England.
