Private equity firm Brookfield Asset Management acquired Greenergy, a British distributor of petrol and diesel for motor vehicles. Significant minority stake was sold by Tesco Pension Trustees. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It has been our long-standing aim to increase our access to capital through a strategic investor.
