Ant Financial and Ayala Corporation acquired Globe Fintech Innovations, a leading full service telecommunications company in the Philippines. Ant Financial, will own a substantial minority interest in Mynt while Ayala Corp will acquire a minority interest. Financial terms were not disclosed.
