Synopsis

Engie, a French multinational utility company, sold a 40% stake in NuGeneration, the UK-based nuclear energy company, to Toshiba, a Japanese multinational conglomerate, for £133m. NuGen’s UK project aims to develop a new generation nuclear power station of up to 3.8GW gross capacity at Moorside, Cumbria, England.
