GKN completed the acquisition of Tozmetal for $32m.

GKN, a British multinational automotive and aerospace components business, completed the acquisition of Tozmetal Ticaret Ve Sanayi, a powder metal part manufacturer for $32m. “We are very excited to welcome Tozmetal into GKN Powder Metallurgy. Tozmetal is a well-run business that will complement our broad presence in the powder metals market,” Peter Oberparleiter, GKN Chief Executive.
