Lode Group acquired CRH Polish Clay Division companies.

The Lode Group acquired stocks and shares of Polish companies manufacturing construction ceramics CRH Klinkier, Cerpol-Kozłowice and Patoka Industries, previously owned by the CRH group. This transaction will contribute to the creation of a coherent, wide product offer of the Lode Group on the Polish market and to strengthen the leading position on the Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian and Russian markets.
